My one year old fell off the bed and bumped his head a few days ago. I guess it was a hard fall because of the loud sound when he fell. will this lead to any learning disability in the future?

I do not think so unless your kid is still has a visible bump on his head or crying and showing discomfort when you are pressing where he got hurt. You can still show it to his paediatrician and rest your doubts.

Watch him for the following signs Does he vomit Does he walk or behave awkwardly Does he faint or pass out For such a small baby it's difficult to guage. Pls see your pediatrician or get an x-ray done.

Kids are very resilient. They fall a lot of times during growing up. Why should it lead to learning disability?? Simply take care that he doesn't vomit or become too drowsy after hitting his head.

if your baby did not seem uncomfortable or did not vomit, i don't think there is any need of worry. but just to be sure, it is still better to get your baby to the doc and get an examination done.
