Fall from bed

Hi mommies my 5mth old just fell from our bed and hit the back of his head real hard on tile floor. How do I know if’s there’s any internal injuries? He is not bleeding or anything but cried real hard right after the fall. I’m still shaking typing this :(

Can observe for any vomiting or fatigue. If baby is still happy and responding well then probably no need to worry. Alternatively, get bed rails to secure the sides of the bed :)
