Maternity Pillow

Is it worth buying those U-shaped maternity pillows? I’m starting to feel discomfort when I sleep. Would this pillow help? Or any other suggestions mummies?

i have it for both of my pregnancies. love it! have no trouble falling asleep with them. without it, somehow not able to sleep in comfortable position.
