Is U-shape pregnancy pillow useful?
Hello! Anyone tried the U shaped pregnancy pillow or other pregnancy pillows and it proved to be comfortable and good for sleeping? Please share recommendations and experience, thanks!
Hello! I bought this from Lazada at $37 during sale and started using in 2nd trimester. In reality I'm not this sandwiched inside the U pillow, so it's probably not protecting the back of the waist as much as shown in the listing pic. But, I do find it comfy. It's essentially like having 2 long bolsters on your sides that don't roll away, so you can wrap your legs around them nicely since we are encouraged to sleep on our sides (esp left) during pregnancy. I also like that it can become a nursing pillow for baby next time, so it's a 2-in-1.

I used the L shaped one! The U shaped I thought too bulky and will separate my husband from me haha. Good for sleeping on the side from second trimester onwards
