Broccoli! imo it is a versatile vegetable. I cook them in many ways such as pan fry, bake, steam, boil or even make it into a soup topped with some pine nuts! Depending on how I cook them, they are usually complemented with garlic, carrots, cauliflower, white/brown mushroom, bell peppers, onions or corn kernels or stripped pork. They are either lightly salted or seasoned with chinese sauces. I love broccoli 🥦! I hope you do too :)

My favourite food is egg. There are so many dishes that egg can be added into and I eat a egg everyday from pregnant till now when I am breastfeeding , even my baby now also eat a egg everyday as I believe that egg gives us alot nutrient and protein each day . It is simple and easy and can pair with almost anything. I love to add milk and vegetable into it and make it become scramble egg.

My favourite is oatmeal. I like to make overnight oats with fruits and nuts as toppings, pop it in the fridge and ready to eat whenever im hungry. Healthy convenient meal to eat, satisfies my hunger, and its a milk booster! ❤

Potato 🥔. My favorite dish so far is Shepard Pie. It gives me great joy to make food that's healthy and my kids 💗 love it and asking the next time we can make it again.

My Favorite food now is potato. It can be made into potato salad, mash potato and also potato fried egg. 😋 Simply delicious!!! Gives me appetite during my 1st Trimester.

My favourite food is plain Greek yoghurt and serve it with fresh cut fruits like kiwi, apple, banana or blueberry, which makes a good mid day snack! 🤤🤤🤤

My Favourite food is red dragon fruit, i had awful constipation and gas and also food aversion. Dragon fruit just makes me feel better 100%

I enjoyed avocado toast when preggers and during breastfeeding . Healthy and yummy with a different side like scrambled eggs or veggies.
