Hi! I don’t have fibroid but it’s not serious blood cysts. I have taken utrogestan for the first 4 weeks since I saw my gynae at 5 weeks. It is to prevent bleeding and encourage more rest because it makes me super drowsy so I only take once a night right before bed. When I went to check up at 9 weeks the doctor assess the baby is okay and to stop. It should be continued to prescribe for first trimester as a western “an tai yao”

I see, I called KKH and a stand-in gynae gave me mixed instructions. Initally told me it is optional for me to take (means I can no need to take) and when I called in saying my morning sickness are amplified and I feel tired at work asking to reduce dosage to night only, she suddenly say I should go with the recommended guidelines or try inserting instead. I can't wait for my primary gynae to be back to have more certainty in instructions :') which is why my husband and I thinking of changing to private instead of continuing at KKH
