Which one is better? L Central or I can read? Why?

I have a friend who sends her kid to My English School (which was I can Read in the past) at CCK branch. She commented that the program is very good and comprehensive and her son's English has improved after attending the classes. For L-central, I have heard some good reviews too. L-central has trial class and perhaps you can let your child goes for the assessment trial class and understand more about the program and make comparison between the twos. My daugther goes i-creative (clementi branch) since she is N1. I find the english school helps her to build a very strong interest in phonics and english writing foundation. Now she is in K2 class and they started to teach grammar already. I like icl as the programme offered is very systematic and guarantee effective. For clementi branch, there is no change of teacher at all, unlike some enrichment centres where the turnover is quite high.

For a child of what age? Have you considered Morris Allen and Hess Education?
