Dont think sleeping position affects the placement of placenta. But do take care n do not over work or exert ya.. that includes carrying heavy items..

I kept on telling my boy to push up or kick the placenta upwards and it indeed moved during my first preg... just keep on talking to baby..

im 20 weeks. im having low placenta too. but doc says it will move as i still have more time. im hoping it will move. ☹️☹️

I don't think sleeping positions affect the movement of placenta. But do consult your gynae for this
