If you have cash to spend, the Easy Go formula dispenser releases enough powder in 1 full turn for 60ml of water. You don't have to measure out the exact amount each time you go out. Then again, the traditional type is cheap and serves its intended purpose as well.
For me I will choose the design that is not too bulky and easy to use and will not create a mess. I like munckin milk dispenser. I just need to rotate the cover and get the milk powder to be dispensed easily.
