Hi Lovely Ladies, Milk Milk Milk

i used to drink frisomum. i stop for 2reasons. 1. i gain excessive weight.not due to diabetes tho. 2. i was leaking breastmilk at 28weeks.as soon as i stop/reduce,i wasnt leaking as much as i did. drs wont recommend u taking maternal milk.best fresh milk or just simply calcium tablets. i read yogurt or lassi is good too. i tried but then i stop cz its quite pricey and hard to store.very fast to spoil.
