Get it from kiddy palace. If looking for preloved can get it from carousel as there are many yaolan price from $40 -$60 which is really affordable as compared to a new one which cost about $199++ .

Apart from those sources mentioned, @cradlebb at Carousell sells cheaper yaolans. There are people selling preloved yaolans on Facebook as well. Sometimes, they even give them away free.

I got mine from Kiddy Palace last time, at about $100 for whole set. You can wait until there is 20% storewide discount if you are not in urgent need.
