I will not suggest Markets since most of them sells Raincoats & Boots in a plain colored ones. You can opt for malls for instance SM department Store has wide variety of choices of boots. I was able to buy a rainboots for my daughter before for an amount of 250 it was colorful and looks like the Plueys boots. I don't know if Plueys are still selling. But they were once featured in many magazines before.
