If u want to get better quality, then just go to those shops at Bugis Guanyin temple area to buy longans and red dates to boil. Everytime want to use, just take out a handful.
There are sachets, ready-made packet drinks, and I think they also come in cubes. You can try supermarkets, Chinese herbal stores and online (shopee)
You can get them separately from NTUC or Chinese medical shops. I know Hock Hua also sells them in packages with all ingredients in for convenience.
You can buy them from those Chinese medicinal halls! Usually don’t come in sachets one if I’m not wrong!
I just bought the dried longan and dried red dates. Put a bit of both into a cup and add on hot warm water.
