When do kids start to learn about feelings of remorse or guilt? When do they start to understand what "I'm sorry" really means? My almost 2-year-old is so naughty and we try to teach her to say sorry but she just laughs it off!

2 years is toooooo small to actually understand the meaning of sorry :) most of the time, babies start using these words because we tell them they are good to be used. and they use them without understanding. if you already associate this word for baby with something naughty that she did, she will gradually realize it is something she has to say after she did something that she was not supposed to do. just be consistent, and don't expect her to understand right now. gradually she will, and the need for sorry will go down as well :)
