Explain to her... Her crying is not communicating what she want to tell you.. Than tell her she has to remain calm so that u can listen, and last, explain to her by throwing back question to her if how she behaving is reasonable? This is the right way to nurture children proper way of communicating.

Talk to her. Whenever she cries loudly, tell her it’s ok to be upset and cry but she needs to talk so that u can understand her. Give her some time before speaking to her again. Own self needs to be very calm and chill about it..
