When to introduce porridge to baby

When did you introduce porridge (blended) to your baby? At 6 months or 8months++ ? Is it ok to start porridge(blended) when baby is 6 months? Other than oats and puree

Started cerelac at 6 months and porridge/puree at 7 months onwards.

I started around 7m but since its blended its fine to feed.😊
