early preg

i took before breakfast because i took other vitamins during lunch and dinner. i cant take vitamins too much at one time, so i gap the vitamin intake. but it will be better if u can take ur folic acid at the same time everyday. means if u take before breakfast today, so the next day u hv to take before breakfast too. nurse at my kk told me so. anyway, take care. may Allah ease everything for u during ur pregnancy.
