What's the first thought that came into your mind when you finally saw your baby at delivery?

When I see my babies for the first time, it is the best moment in my life. For my baby no.1, when I saw her after nurse placed her on my chest, I felt how tiny she was and I asked myself how wonderful is the God's creation. For my baby no.2, I remember I kept telling my hubby who stood beside me OMG how come so tiny! I think it was due to I have been handling big baby no.1 (who was about 3 years old) and not used to holding such a small baby again.
