Pump frequency when back to work

What’s your pump frequency when back to work? I’m thinking of 4 hours or 5 hours once - so at work I’ll pump 2 or 3 times.

My work environment was pretty tough, so on good days, I could pump every 4-5 hours, and on bad days, 6-8 hours (dying of pain...lol). But I needed to bring more milk home, so I would go to work an hour early to pump, then try to pump once during lunch and pump before going home. On days when I received messages from home that the stock was running low or that my LO wasted the milk, I would get very stressed, and try to squeeze out time to pump an extra time.
