What's your family planning method? Need advice. Thanks

I used Implanon (yung contraceptive implants sa arm), good for 3 yrs, 3yrs din walang menstruation. Side effects are depende sa individual. On my part, i had pimples all over my forehead (lang) and nothing else. Pero since di ako sanay sa pimples pinatanggal ko siya after a year then switched back to pills. I used Diane35 before nung Implanon and after din and so far ok siya.

im using pills, sa center ko pa nga hinihingi yun eh dahil libre naman at effective and maganda naman effect niya..naging regular mens cycle ko, 28 days siya lagi..dati kasi irregular ako, ang effect niya tingin ko sakin naging mataba ako at matakaw

Natural method mommy para safe. Walang magiging complications. Since normal nman ang menstruation ko so Calendar Method ginagamit nmin or pag d masydo sure kung safe days eh nag wiwithdraw kami, effective nman

I'm using pills, Excluton, safe for breastfeeding moms. Hindi din ako ngkakaroon ng period for 17 months now but there's no bad side effects so far.

I use injectables too. Yung monthly. Meron kasing every 3 months, tapos hindi nagkakaroon. Mas preferred ko yung monthly turok na nagkakaroon. :)

Sa ngayon, hubby and I planned to have another baby after 2 years, kapag 3yo na yung eldest namin. So we used the easiest, condoms.

I'm using Daphne pills recommended by OB. Safe for breastfeeding moms like me😊 so far okay naman. I don't feel any changes.

I'm also using pills which is safe for nursing moms. My OB prescribed it after I gave birth to my eldest. No bad side effects.

We're doing the Calendar method, and it's very effective . It's advisable if regular ang menstruation mo.
