What do u teach your 7mth old child? Is there any programme or etc?

And it is also good to establish good reading habits from now. Try to read to your baby at a fixed timing everyday for example before bedtime. Besides these I just let my baby play with the usual toys like shape sorter, stacking rings and music book. It is good to expose your baby to more nursery rhymes too as the music in rhymes develop the right brain while the lyric develop the left brain. It also encourages them to crawl.
