What should i deal with 3 years old girl when she throw tantrums?

There are many ways of handling a 3year old. I dealt with my 3year old son but talking to him at his eye level so i would not give him any fear that i am over powering him. Talk to them in a calm tone and ask what happened. Usually when toddler throw temper, its when they are unable to express their feelings out. Never leave the child alone and walk away. And try not to beat the child when they resist back towards your method of talking it out.
