What other play houses could you recommend for toddlers within Metro Manila? Aside from Kidzania, Kidzoona, Active Fun, City of Dreams?

You may opt for those play houses inside the mall. Although they are for sure smaller than those independent ones, but the convenient of being inside the mall - food and other stuff you might need are for sure within reach. Anyway, you may find one in SM Aura - KidzVille (photos here http://www.rinasrainbow.net/2014/08/kidszville-now-open-at-sm-aura.html); SM MOA - Cosmic Kidz (which is a huge one); DM North Edsa -David's Fun House (http://www.mommypracticality.com/2012/12/DavesFunHouseSMMegamall.html) and many other small playhouses that any SM branch surely has. :)
