What's the nicest thing a fellow parent (outside of family) has done for you?

I was living in the US then so I had no family help, my husband was also travelling for work so I was all alone. A fellow mum friend cooked and brought me lunch on a cranky baby day. I couldn't be more grateful.

My mommy friend had this customized cloth book made for my daughter out of the blue! She had one made for her son who's just a few months older than my daughter so she gifted us with one.
