What's the nap schedule like for your child at 12+ months?

2 Naps daily. 1st around 10am - 12pm , 2nd around 4 - 6pm

2 naps daily. Once in mid-morning and another in mid afternoon.

10+ in the morning and 2+ in the afternoon

2 naps a day. 1st nap around 10 - 12, second nap around 2 - 4.

Ideally two naps a day

From 12 months to 18 months, your toddler will need around 13 hours to 14 hours of sleep a day, with 11 of those hours being at night . At 12 months, your toddler may still need two naps during the day.
