Touching and kissing your tummy

What will you ladies do if your in laws (mother) or your family members (female) keeps on touching and kissing your preggy tummy? I felt super uncomfortale and finally had to brace myself to tell them to stop doing that. Even my own mother dont do that to me.

For me I will reject and say nicely to them because it makes me feel uncomfortable. Like we won’t anyhow go touch a woman who is not pregnant. So what gives them the impression that a pregnant belly is free for all to caress?
