Whatever she likes and whatever doesn’t make her feel nauseated:) She will need a well balanced diet. Since constipation and anaemia are common in pregnancy, try to include iron-rich food and fibre in her diet too (you can google them:)). Also keep her well hydrated, and if she hasn’t already started, she should take folic acid for the first trimester. If she cannot tolerate them, then she should eat food that’s rich in folic acid too. Congratulations!
