What's inside the head of a first time Pinoy dad when his daughter/ son turns 1 y/o? :)

Sobrang sarap sa feeling. As a teenage parent, hindi namin inexpect na magkaroon agad ng baby pero nung pumatak sya ng 1 year old. Hindi ako makapaniwala na napalaki namin sya ng ganon ka-healthy at masayahin. Hindi naging maganda yung simula namin pero proud ako na nagawa namin syang palakihin ng maayos. Up to now, hindi parin nag-sisink in sa isip ko na nakapagpalaki na kami ng 3 years old na sobrang masayahin, maganda, healthy at bibo. :) Proud ako sa sarili ko at sa asawa ko.

Great question. For me, papano yung first birthday celebration nya, ano naba ang development and progress ng growth nya, completo ba vaccines nya. Tapos what's the next phase in parenting kasi by this time mag iiba na ng milk formula again. Tapos parang ang bilis 1 na agad sya, naiisip ko education nya din. Madami pala.

Wondering about this too. :) the next time my baby meets his dad, he'll be one year old. The last time was when my baby was born. I would like to know as well because I'm excited for my mag-ama!

I felt really overwhelmed when my daughter turned one. I feel like she's growing up too fast and I can't help but think that soon she'll have her debut!

As per my hubby, he envisions na if saan sila pupuntang dalawa for a date ng anak ko. Which is inspiring and cute. I guess most dads think the same.

So I asked the same question to my husband. He said that he's really itching to date our daughter without me hahaha.
