What not to do when toddlers are sick

What fruits should we avoid when your toddler or baby has the flu? And can you bathe toddlers hair when they are sick?

You dont need to avoid fruits when baby is sick, as a matter of fact, it will help them boost their immune system. Avoid fruits only if they have allergic reaction to it. You can definitely bathe them too even if they are sick.

I don’t think there’s any fruits u need to avoid though. I still feed mine fruits. And yes I still was my LO’s hair when he’s sick.

Doctor told me to avoid all fruits( especially if we just took out from fridge). I washed my child's hair even if she is sick.

Fruits are OK, but if the child has cough and phlegm then avoid sour fruits. Neutral fruits like apples and papaya are OK.

Try focusing on the food they can have. The fluids, chicken soup, epsom salt soak bath to help reduce inflammation.
