I go with either cheesecake or mousse depending on my mood and cravings. If I want or need a dessert that I can whip out in an hour, I choose the mousse (sounds good!) It's easy to do and you can eat it right after making them. Cheesecakes takes more time as you have to refrigerate it for a few hrs. You can check the facebook pages of Tasty and Tastemade. Or either download the app or go directly to Tastemade's site for lot of ideas. https://www.tastemade.com/

Panna cotta is my favourite go to no bake dessert recipe. All you need is heavy cream, sugar, gelatin strips and some milk. You can flavour them accordingly using chocolate, fruit preserves or tea bags. Pop them in the freezer and you are good to go. I usually make green tea panna cotta and it's amazing!

Maja Blanca! It's easy to make. No steaming or baking. Just chill. Most of its ingredients are readily available, too, like evaporated milk, cornstach, sweet corn, etc. You may add some twist in it. We sometimes make use of crushed grahams as its base. It tastes pretty good as well

blueberry cheesecake is great too. You just have to mix powdered graham crackers, butter, clear gelatin and sugar for the base. Mix the cream cheese, condensed and all purpose cream on top of the base and spread the blueberry jam! Refrigerate it for few hours and it's good to go!

Mine are always either of the following: ice cream cheesecake (which i top with different berries like strawberries, mulberries or blueberries), mango graham cake and fudgy mocha brownie bars :)

Mango Graham float is pretty easy to make. All the ingredients are easy to find and end product usually tastes good.

Leche Flan. Here's a recipe for it :) http://www.kawalingpinoy.com/2013/10/leche-flan/
