What is the best way to maintain milk supply when traveling & expressing breast milk on the go without baby (eg frequency etc)? How many days can we express milk without the baby suckling before the baby "forgets" how to latch directly? (Baby is 3months age)

Baby won't forget. Usually to maintain will b 3 hourly. Best is to hv bb with u but if unable to, 2 weeks shd still b acceptable.

I don't think babies will forget how to latch. I usually express and freeze them.
