What are the top 3 things you fight about as a couple?

Baby- He doesn't know what to do when baby cries very loud and hard & he feels very heartpain when he see baby cry. He will feel frustrated and raise his voice. (Happened 3 times) Mother in law. Nothing else as he gives in to me every single time & never gets angry. We don't 'fight', it's just me being angry and him trying to calm me down.
