What is the acceptable starting salary for a stay-out nanny? Monday to Saturday from 7am to 7pm Needs to tend to my 2y/o twins Feeding bottle washing Laundry kids clothes twice a week Folding clothes Cleaning our very very small house. Feeding the twins Thanks po. I'm going back to my work soon eh

Depends also where your location is. We live in Makati so we're competing with salaries being offered by expats (which can get really high). Usually toddler/preschooler yaya taking care of 2 kids would be around 8k? but best to ask your potential nanny what her current salary is then increase it by X%. Rate would be lower in QC, San Juan, etc.
