Overweight baby :/

Went for gynae checkup just now and my gynae told me that my baby weighs approx 2.9kg at 35w+2d. He also mentioned that baby is considered huge and might have difficulties having natural birth when I am due :/ So worried now... do u all have any suggestions on how to lose baby's weight?

I would try to eat healthier to keep my baby weight rise slowly. Anyway, lots of moms can still give birth naturally even their baby is as heavy as 4000 grams. Good luck to you!

Cant possibly lose baby weight at this point of time. Talk to your gynae see what's the best solution to safely deliver your baby. Think baby's safety is most important

Baby's weight is always an approximate. My baby was estimated to be 3.6kg at 39 weeks but came out only 3.3kg. Anyway 2.9kg at 35 weeks is not considered big.

Agree that it is just estimated weight. At week 39 I was told Baby is 2.9. End up 3.4kg

35 weeks my baby already 3kg but still natural birth!

Cut all carbs and sugar should maintain thier weight.
