Yep cut dwn all sugary drinks. Even milo also. Go for more wholemeal and reduce carbo..just try ok

It's kinda hard tho. Cos eventually one or two day no sugar day but the next day "cheat" day and poofff the cheat day continues... Haishh

Just be mindful of the type of food you eat.

But that's the only way. And carbs too.

Cut down on carbs especially rice and noodles and sweet stuff. Lesser fried / oily food and low fat milk.
