29 Weeks 1.8kg

I was shocked that my baby doubled the weigh from the previous visit. 25 weeks was just okay, weigh 887g. But 29 weeks now 1.8. Doctor say bb on bigger side.. But i really wish I could go thru normal delivery instead of c-sect. How could I prevent from bb growing big ?

Well you need to eat nutrient dense food and lower a bit of carbohydrates/sugar..am not a doctor or anything but I have seen our previous generation to eat a lot of rice and babies were a bit on heavier side . I would like to say walk daily and eat more proteins and leafy vegetables..and health fats .. it wont make u hungry but will give u energy and keeps you satisfied. 👍

is good to do light exercise like walking. And also eat healthy with less carbo, eat more vegetables, also can include avocado in diet so that it will keep you full eventhough don't take so much of rice or noodles

My baby was 2.2kg during 29 weeks. Dont worry so much, control diet if need to. :)
