My weight increased drastically since I started to drink Anmum. And now I've stopped having it and start consuming Dutch lady biasa for 2weeks now.

dokter pun x advice minum anmum or any other brand for pregnant mummy. actually it got too much sugar. the reason minum susu is for calcium.. minum susu biasa pun ok.. fresh milk, low fat, full cream tu pun ok..or else ubt calcium yg dokter bagi tu dah ckup.
