hi first time mummy here
Week 21 now, the brain is getting numb and extremely easy to get tired and hungry. Is it normal or should I get some exercise?

It's normal, but u can do some exercise... Drink lot of water, eat more fruits & vegetables. If u really tired, just take a nap. It's ok, it's normal for preggy mom. Sometimes we just walk for 30 mints at Mall, but tired like do extreme activities ๐๐ ๐
