Lots of warm water. Milk wise, am lactose intolerant, stomach will bloat and pain if i take fresh milk, so i take soy milk. I also take yakult and prune juice everyday to prevent constipation (will take plain yoghurt on alternate days too).
Gas issue?! Is it lactose intolerant? My gynae told me since I can’t take milk, she’s said milo is good at least I won’t feel hungry but hv to watch out on e sugar level as milo can be very sweet.. I drink everyday..
I mostly just drink water... once in a while I will have hot ginger tea, pasteurised orange juice, less sweet Ribena (as a treat!) :)
i drink any type of milk as long as its pasteurised every morning just a small cup. then whole day drink plain water
Japanese Green Tea, Iced Milk Tea, Honey Lemon, Orange Juices, 100plus, Yakult, Ribena, Avocado Smoothy, Plain Water
lots of warm water, soy milk, milo , instant cereals, ribena & 100 plus cold drinks in moderation
I take caffeine free tea and juice as well other than milk and Milo :)
Plain water is the best.... drink as much as you can....
Milo, orange juice, sparkling water, plain water!
I drink soyoro or phytofit.
