Hair loss during pregnancy

I have been experiencing hair loss since first trimester and am now going into second trimester. Heard that hair should be full and gloss during pregnancy but unfortunately not in my case.. 😰😰 Anyone of you also have this issue and ways to treat it? I changed my shampoo but situation didn’t improve. Wondering if I can take medication or any other way out of this..?? #helps

i had hairloss after pregnancy and not before. Only thing that really helped me was cut my hair shoulder length n weekly oil massage.

Any one missed a dose of Duphaston?

I missed 1 dose ytd and have pink/red discharge (just a bit) today. Is it normal? I’m usually taking 3

I purposely dont eat for 1 week.. coz it makes me nausea

What do u drink?

Warm milk and milo are my go-to. But recently doc say avoid due to causing further gas issue since they are dairy.. Can share ideas on what kind of drinks u take?

Duphaston or morning sickness

Anyone taking Duphaston (abt wk6)? I’m currently on Duphaston and feeling very “unwell” especially in the morning. This feeling is like my stomach feels very acidic and I do feel quite nauseous and keep burping until I finally eat something. Not sure if this is due to medicine as it seems to start after I started this Med. If it’s due to this med, anything I can do abt it? (Other than eating more.. 😖)

The trick is to eat duphaston with or right after your meals so u don't feel so unwell :) i hope this helps you.

Hungry or greedy

Is it normal to feel hungry? (the hunger is like the stomach feels very acidic kind) and is it recommended to eat when u feel this way? Or just tahan.. especially if just eaten maybe 2hrs ago

Hi! Can I know if anyone has an exhaustive list on food to avoid/forbidden during pregnancy? I understand generally speaking is all the raw food, unpasteurised milk or cheese. Hoping to look for a more exhaustive list! Thanks!
