My itching caused rashes all over my tummy, which was pretty bad. Doc prescribed emulsifying ointment (for shower) & moisturiser, and mild steroid cream. Try to avoid steroid cream if possible - i only apply when it’s extremely itchy at night.
Palmers worked for me. Just kept applying all the time
