Panty Liner
Do you use panty liners while pregnant? What brand do you recommend and are there times when you don't wear one (for example, when going to sleep)?
Hi, momsh. Ako pag daytime at grbe ang discharge na feeling ko di na ko komportable nagpapalit lng ako ng panty. I don’t wear panty liner din. Pag gabi naman di na ko nagpapanty kahit pa nung di ako preggy kasi mas safe dw yun. Mas nakakahinga ang private part natin ☺️
Ob suggests na mas mainam na maghugas at mgpalit nlang ng underwear regularly (4x/day dipende po sayo, mas maganda if cotton underwear) kaysa mg panty liner mas prone po kayo magkaUTI.
