Is it true that toddler learns more, understand more, interacts more while staying with grandparents then parents? As grandparents are always around them and keeps interacting and teaching them and being more experienced. It also becomes more interesting if your grandparents are well educated especially in country like India.

Hi See...the thing that you are saying has a vast meaning. It is not limited then to kids learning more if grandparents are around because that way there are thousands da things and people if they had been around kids would have so much to learn and experience. I do not mean to say it is not nourishing experience to have grandparents around but that learning is not limited to that. If you take your kids every year to one foreign destination then they will have more experience and learn about a new culture and will be more confident about things and life.

We in our modern language call it exposure. The kids who are exposed to many things learn faster we all believe in that correct. So as we think if they are grown with grand parents around they would definitely imbibe certain qualities from them and there are so many things there to learn from each individual if you ask me will they not contribute negative things as well yes they do we are all human beings but end of the day kids grown with people aroung know better family values

Yes, in a way it is true, because they get to see things apart from their parents' perspective as well. Grandparents patience and experience teach them also many a things and kids subconsciously pick up good things from their personalities. Grandparents tell children stories and things that belong to their generations and what all used to happen when they were kids. They keep the kids attached to their roots.
