Ngayon i really feel insecure about myself. Siguro ksi dahil buntis ako? And ayun may nakikita ksi akong dapat di ko mkita. And yung sense of security/ assurance di ko ma feel yun. So prang naka mindset na sakin after ko manganak eto ggwin ko to bring back the self confidence I lost during this time. I never felt this kay zach. I started lng nmn to feel this way 2 months or 3 months ago until now. And it affects my mental health to be honest. Plus may mga other factors pa. And sometimes yung mga taong we thought would help us or make us feel secured sila pa yung masgiging reason ng pag down mo

Hi sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, erratic kasi hormones ng isang babae before, during and after pregnancy kaya ganyan nararamdaman mo. But keep reminding yourself you are beautiful. And motherhood is one of the best experiences a woman will go through in life 🥰
