Toddler sleep regression ! My LO 15mo past few days when it's bedtime she will scream & cry not to go to bed.. What is happening? I google it's say sleep regression. Someone pls tell me this will be a passing phrase ..

I had that with my firstborn when she was 13 mths. It was so hard and tiring especially I am a working mum. Her refusal to drink and sleep simply got me haywired. I soon realised it was growth spurt and the phase would be over. It was only when she was 18 mths that she slept through and well. That period of time, we were patient with her as she doesn't know how to communicate that much yet and we hugged, rocked and talked to her. Alot of assurance was given to her.
