Hi Any tips on how to settle dwn lo when she start childcare? I only got 2 days to spare after which i have to resume wrking. Today is her 1st day. 1st half is ok, only cried in the second half of the day.

it's normal for them to cry in the early days as they are still trying to get use to the new environment and routine I will tell my child that mummy needs to go to work and mummy will come and pick you up at what time. Give them hugs and kisses and say good bye and leave Yes the kid will still cry as she is going thru separation anxiety but it will get better and she will eventually stop crying once she didnt see you.
