Naku mommy, if exclusively breastfed si baby, I would have to agree with Elle na sa solids mo na lang kunin ung additional nutrients. Or if you want some beverage, you can try soya or almond milk para hindi more on sugar and nutritious pa instead of formula.
If ang reason mo mommy ay extra source of nutrients, I would suggest to stick to healthy meals. Since namention mo naman na breastfed si baby and malakas magsolids. May sugar pa din kasi yung mga flavored/growing up milk.
Huwag na muna sis. Sayang EBF na sya eh. Malakas sa sugar ang mga chocolate-flavored milk and baka maging dahilan pa ng pagiging obese. Try soya milk pero, make sure walang allergy yung bata kase nakaka trigger ng rashes yun.
