Patient satisfaction

Hello. For me was their calmness, support and help. I wasn't in my good attitude, but everyone was just calm towards me. Tapos yung support nila on having a normal delivery when I was having a hard time pushing. Yung mga nagra-rounds they would literally stop by and check upon our wellbeing, give out advices, help when needed etc.
