Lying In VS Hospital

Question

For first time mommies or first baby, is it really not reliable to go to a Lying In Clinics to give birth? Setting aside the financial state of the patient or the mom, do you guys think Lying In Clinics cannot provide adequate facilities and service to the moms / patient when giving birth? Most of the articles and comment sections Ive read, they said some public hospitals provide the same service that Lying In Clinics could give. But of course, we all know that the more we pay for a high rate of service in a hospital, we could expect better and safe service and facilities from them. Any thoughts?

its a wise decision to choose on giving birth to a hospital for safety of both mother and the baby. Yes they have the same facilities but in case of emergency lying-in cant perform cesarian. So you end up looking for a nearest hospital in the middle of your labor..

Kung hindi naman maselan pagbubuntis. Okay naman sa lying in.. Actually ako mas prefer ko lying in.. Ayoko sa hospital.. Pero depende sa lying in.. Ung lying in na pinag anakan ko sa eldest ko at ung pag aanakan ko prin ngaun sa 2nd baby ko ay napakababait kc at maalaga super.. Tsaka wala ako naging problema doon.. Super smooth lang lahat. Depende prin.. Pero kung maselan ka magbuntis at may mga complications kapa much better hospital
