Some vaccines are not suitable for pregnancy. I only took whopping cough vaccine. The gynae will advise you which vaccine you need and administer them

Flu vaccination-anytime Whooping cough vaccination-during 3rd trimester

tdap , flu but heck no since there are no safety studies
